Boulder Entry Lobby Renovation
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This assignment was to identify the cost to remove & replace to historically significant lobby doors at the east entrance of the Municipal Building. An unusual flood mitigation system needed to be priced as an alternate. The conceptual scope was outlined in an email narrative; two historic photos; and an aerial site plan.

Cost estimating support was needed quickly for City staff to meet with decision makers.
Information available was very minimal, so PPV extrapolated the scope from what was provided.
All estimate detail had to be rapidly created to make sure the budget was accurate.
