PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Very conceptual cost information for several options, including new vs. renovation, were essential for stakeholders. PPV delivered these tools in 2020, as well as again in 2022/2023.

PPV’s first effort in 2020 was helpful to the City team in evaluating site and other project options, and reaching consensus on next steps. We are ready to move forward with delivering best value for this important community asset.
