The client wanted to know, with a high degree of certainty, if the pro forma would work. The foundation of that analysis was accurate land valuations and construction costs. PPV provided both with great speed for a $300 Million project.

  • Validate costs for about one million SF of vertical construction & over 23 acres of site development in just a few weeks.

  • Accurately predict the scope and costs of site development without the benefit of civil engineering.
