This exciting public-private partnership idea needed to be vetted with the bare minimum of expenditures on professional services.

The client wanted to know, with a high degree of certainty, if the pro forma would work. The foundation of that analysis was accurate land valuations and construction costs. PPV provided both with great speed for a $300 Million project.

  • Provide research to support land valuations for a full parcel sale, as well as “pad ready” sites.

  • Validate costs for about one million SF of vertical construction & over 23 acres of site development in just a few weeks.

  • Accurately predict the scope and costs of site development without the benefit of civil engineering.
