Denton Development Services Center
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This repurposing of an abandoned supermarket into City staff offices is the key swing space in a “Rubik’s cube” of staff consolidation. Avoiding renewal of an office lease in Q4 2020 meant finding a way to get this project done in half the time normally allotted for this scope.
Quality could not be sacrificed, however, as this service center champions the City of Denton’s brand to newcomers and residents alike.
