Denver Central Library Renovation
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This iconic library in Downtown Denver has become a civic landmark, but like all libraries built 30 or more years ago, is straining under the load of new patrons, and old infrastructure.
With many potential donors, and more needs than cash, carving out options and quickly reprioritizing them in meetings became a focus.

UNIQUE PROJECT CHALLENGES
Over two dozen options needed to be prioritized in many different scenarios.
Subtotals by priority had to fluidly change “live” in meetings, as these many scenarios were explored by the team.
Validating the selected contractor’s cost estimates in this environment also took skill.
