With decades of great service to the community behind it, and user demand out-stripping the existing Library’s ability to provide services, upgrade options had to be explored.

Early and accurate cost information for first cost and
operational costs of each option was essential for stakeholders. PPV delivered these tools.

  • Provide solid cost data for decision-makers for very different facility options.

  • Explore cost deltas between renovating with Library open, and closing the library during construction.

  • Summarize complex results & project volatile cost escalation for bond committee. 

  • Team is using 2023 conceptual designs & PPV cost models to finalize the scope today.
